This patient wanted primarily correction of the neck and jowls/full face. We selected SMAS based lower face and neck lift with additional superficial liposuction of prominent cheeks/jowls.

Surgery was done using twilight anesthesia. Full recovery was achieved within 2 weeks after surgery.
