Patient came to our office requesting facial rejuvenation; she was mostly concerned about her neck and jowls. After extensive discussion about her goals and available options we decided to proceed with face/neck lift and periorbital fat grafts.

Surgery was done in twilight anesthesia. First we harvested fat grafts from abdomen and after preparation, fat grafts were injected into the cheeks, lower eyelids and brows. Neck and face lift followed. Her recovery was within 2-3 weeks.
