This 47 year old male complained that due to a deep groove along lower eyelids and bulging bags on top, he is looking tired all the time. After evaluation and extensive discussion we decided to do transconjuctival lower blepharoplasty; this allowed us to correct deep groove (tear trough) and heavy bags using small incision inside the lower eyelid. His before and after photos are enclosed.
