After 2 kids and some weight gain, this patient comes to our office seeking improvement. When clinical evaluation and discussion about goals and options was completed, we decided to proceed with tummy tuck and aggressive liposuction of abdomen and flanks. Patient is shown before and 14 months after abdominoplasty/liposuction; she lost 14 lb in the meantime.
