This interesting patient had multiple procedures with us, including several breast augmentations and lifts. Although she had beautiful body and shape, at one point she desired upper abdominal lift, upper abdominoplasty. Considering that she did not need much of a lift and liposuction, we were able to use her existing scars from breast lift, to advance and remove redundant skin from upper abdomen and tighten upper abdominal skin keeping practically the same size scars as they were before surgery. This is considered to be procedure for a very selected patients because scar is placed along breast crease and usually accros the anterior chest to achieve desired lift and tightening. Improvement achieved with this procedure can not be achieved with traditional, lower tummy tuck so effectively.Preoprative photos and 6 months after upper abdominoplasty (reverse andominoplasty) photos are shown.
