A 42 years old patient came for improvement of lower eyelids but also cheeks and the areas around eys. Her surgery included transconjuctival lower blepharoplasty and fat grafting of cheeks, lateral brows and temples, a procedure we usually call a periorbital rejuvenation. A combination of micro and nan-fat grafts was used.
