A 68 yo patient in excellent health who spends most of his time around pool wanted reduction of enlarged, feminine breasts. Reduction of breast and chest fat tissue and enlarged breast gland was done using combination of liposuction and direct excision of residual gland tissue through a small incision along lower pole of areola. Photos before and 6 months after gynecomastia reduction surgery are presented.
