BREAST LIFT 216

A 26 year-old cosmetic surgery patient from South Florida came to our office for a consultation regarding mummy-make-over. She gained almost 30 lbs. during her pregnancy and lost over 20 lbs. afterwards. She wanted correction of saggy breasts and body contouring of abdomen, back and buttocks.

After detailed preoperative evaluation in our Fort Lauderdale plastic surgery center we discussed breast lift versus breast reduction, tummy tuck, liposuction and possible buttock augmentation with patient own tissue by means of fat grafts. After two consecutive consultations we developed a surgical plan: breast lift will be performed first and tummy tuck, liposuction and buttock augmentation with fat grafts will be done 3-6 weeks later.

Both surgeries were done in general anesthesia in our office based accredited surgery center. Breast lift was done first, a body contouring surgery followed in 3 weeks. Patient recovery was uneventful after both surgeries.
