NIPPLE SURGERY 368

This patient had complains about size of her nipples, she wanted them slightly bigger. After clinical evaluation in our plastic surgery office in Ft. Lauderdale we proposed augmentation with local flap.

In local anesthesia a small wedge of skin and fat tissue in a form of flap was transferred from areola into the nipple to create additional bulk and improve nipple erection.

Patient was shown before correction of partially inverted nipple and 3 months after nipple augmentation with local flap.
