A 34-year-old patient wanted a minimal improvement in the lower abdomen and flanks by means of liposuction.

Her surgery was done in twilight anesthesia with a “tumescent technique” which provides good local anesthesia and diminishes blood loss. She was discharged home 1 hour after surgery. She was back to work in 3 days.
