Patient is shown before first stage of body contouring surgery after massive weight loss (left) and 3 years after body contouring which included circumferential body lift, scar revisions, tummy tuck and 2 stages of aggressive liposculpting (liposuction, suction assisted lipectomy) of back and flanks (right). Notice barely visible scar above underwear which can be easily hidden with any type of underwear and improvement of lower and upper back and flanks.
