EYELID SURGERY- BLEPHAROPLASTY CASE #331

This 49-years-old cosmetic patient had multiple facial procedures performed as a part of complex, one stage facial rejuvenation. Upper and lower blepharoplasty  were part of her complex facial surgery.

Surgery was done in order to remove skin folds over upper eyelids and tighten lower eyelid skin, remove visible eyelid bags and correct groove between eyelid and cheek (tear trough deformity). This was done through incision inside of the eyelid; no skin was removed from lower eyelid; chemical TCA peel was used to tighten eyelid skin  Fat grafts were placed in her cheeks to increase volume and fullness of the cheeks, and around brows to create effect of youthful fullness and brow lift.

Patient is shown before upper and lower eyelid surgery and 1 year after upper and lower blepharoplasty, fat grafting and TCA chemical peel.
