TUMMY TUCK – ABDOMINOPLASTY CASE #357

This 58-year-old patient came to our Fort Lauderdale cosmetic center to discuss tummy tuck. After a detailed clinical evaluation, we discussed extensive tummy tuck, which will involve liposuction and tightening of the abdominal muscles.

Tummy tuck was performed in our Fort Lauderdale plastic surgery center under general anesthesia. Body contouring using liposuction around the waist, lower back and upper abdomen was done and followed by muscle plication (tightening of abdominal muscles), removal of redundant skin and creation of new belly button. Patient was released home 1.5 hours after surgery.

Patient is shown before tummy tuck surgery and 1.5 years after abdominoplasty, liposuction, and body contouring surgery.
