Breast asymmetry
This 19 years old presented with severe breast asymmetry and narrow, tuber like breasts. Correction of asymmetry was achieved with slight reduction of larger right breast as well as asymmetric augmentation, placing smaller implant in right side and larger, saline implant in left, smaller breast. Saline implants are used for this purpose since that allows surgeon to adjust volume and correct asymmetry by placing different volumes of saline in the implants. Patient is shown before and 4 months after surgery for breast asymmetry.
