BREAST AUGMENTATION 24

35 years old  professional women from Fort Lauderdale, Fl, wanted moderate breast augmentation with silicone gel implants. She was a 34 B cup and she wanted to be large C cup.  Breast enlargement was performed through periareolar incision along lower border of areola where darker areola skin gradually fades into lighter breast skin. Silicone implants 325 ml each were placed into submuscular pocket underneath pectoral muscle. She is shown before and 1.5 years after breast augmentation with smooth round gel implants.

Patient maintains her low body mass index (BMI) with healthy diet and exercise. Placement of the silicone gel implants underneath the muscle provides additional padding which decreases visibility and rippling of breast implant. Notice a fullness of upper pole and natural  shape of the augmented breasts. Patent  right breast profinle before and 1.5 years after breast enlargement with silicone implants.
