BREAST AUGMENTATION 320

This 23 year-old medical student from Miami came to our office requesting breast augmentation. She wanted moderate increase of her breast size; her bra size was 32 B cup.After detailed evaluation in our Fort Lauderdale plastic surgery office we decided to proceed with augmentation with 300 ml. smooth high profile silicone gel implants using incision placed in the inframammary fold (breast crease).

Surgery was performed in general anesthesiain our plastic surgery center in Ft. Lauderdale. Smooth silicone gel implant were placed underneath the muscle. Multiple rib nerve blocks were given to provide practically painless postoperative recovery. Patient was back to her normal student activities in 4 days.

Patient is shown before breast enlargement and 6 months after breast augmentation with silicone implants. Her bra cup size is 32 C.
