BREAST AUGMENTATION CASE 347
This 23-year-old Miami plastic surgery patient came to our office requesting breast augmentation. She was 5’10”, 120 lb; she wanted moderate enlargement of breasts with silicone gel implants.
Surgery was done in general anesthesia in our office based surgery center in Fort Lauderdale, Fl.; 325 ml round smooth gel implants were placed underneath the muscles. A series of rib blocks with long lasting anesthetic was given before start of surgery; patient was pain free for 24 hours after surgery. She was discharged home 45 minutes after surgery. She was back in college in 4 days.
Patient is shown before breast augmentation surgery and 6 months after, undressed and with her casual cloths on.
