BREAST AUGMENTATION 47

53 years old Hispanic patient from Miami wanted fuller, mature looking breasts. She is 36 B cup size and would like small enlargement and “some lift”. However, being slightly darker olive skin she is afraid of large breast scars. We have selected silicone gel implants 375 ml and placed them underneath the muscles. The incision was created along the upper border of the areola and small sickle shaped portion of was removed on each side to lift areolas for approximately 1 cm. on each side. Here she is before and 2 years after breast augmentation and lift using incision along the upper border of areola. Notice discrete scar along the upper border of areolas.
