MODERATE BREAST AUGMENTATION 48

37 years old professional women from Fort Lauderdale wanted a moderate breast augmentation from 32 small B cup to small C cup.  She complained that her chest is flat and skinny; she would like to have more “padding and small cleavage “ when in brassiere.  After thorough consultation with patient regarding size of breast implants we decided to use silicone gel implants, round, smooth, size 350 ml.

Breast augmentation was done undeneath the muscle through 5-7 cm long breast crease incision. Here she is presented before and 2 years after breast augmentation with silicone implants. Notice visually increased “fullness” of the chest and breasts achieved with augmentation of breast only. In well selected patients placement of fat grafts over the muscle and undeneath the skin may further improove cleavage and “skinny” chest.
