BREAST AUGMENTATION
This 26 year old patient wanted breast augmentation with silicone implant. Her bra cup size was 32 B; she wanted to be 2 cup sizes larger.
Smooth, round, high profile, gel Sientra 350 ml. implants were selected for this purpose and placed in submuscular pockets. Incision was placed in the breast crease (inframammary fold).
Patient is shown before and 18 months after breast augmentation surgery. Her current bra size is is 34 DD.
