This patient had breast lift and breast augmentation with implants 6 years ago. This time she wanted implants replaced with large implants to achieve more fulness in the upper poles of the breasts. Althought we discussed benefits of the new lift, which will bring her nipples in a more appropriate position, she refused lift. Her old implants were 410 ml.. We removed old implants and replaced them with 540 ml,  gel implants, smooth, moderate plus profile. Patient photos before and 6 moths after replacement of gel implants  from 410 ml. to 540 ml. are shown.
