BREAST LIFT W/ AUGMENTATION

This 23-year-old patient developed significant breast atrophy after breastfeeding her 2 kids. She wanted both breast augmentation and breast lift. Her bra size was 34 B/C and she wanted DD.

Under general anesthesia, we first performed the augmentation by placing implants underneath the muscle, which was followed by a vertical breast lift. Silicon gel, 425 ml. smooth, round, high profile implants were used.

Patient is shown before and 9 months after vertical breast lift and augmentation.
