BREAST LIFT

This 22-year-old patient wanted a straight breast lift. She did not want implants. Under general anesthesia, we performed a vertical type (lollipop) lift.

Patient is shown before and 2 years after breast lift. Notice how low her breasts are positioned on her chest wall; they are in the same position after surgery. It is important to understand that breast lift does not lift the entire breast mound in relation to chest. However it does lift nipple/areola into new position on the top of the breast mount.
