BREAST LIFT CASE 254

This 29-year-old patient had a breast reduction done 9 years ago. She came to our coesmetic surgery center in Fort Lauderdale this time to have breast lift; her breasts became droopy due to recent weight loss. After detailed evaluation  we discussed breast lift with implant augmentation. In our experience this is a procedure that has a better longevity then breast lift alone.

Surgery was done in our office based AAAA certified plastic surgery center in Fort Lauderdale in general anesthesia. Breast lift was done using already existing scars left  after breast reduction surgery. A 350 ml. round smooth silicone gel implants were placed underneath the muscle. Patient was discharged home one hour after surgery; her recovery was uneventful.

Patient is shown before breast lift/augmentation surgery and 1 year after breast lift and augmentation with silicone breast implant placed in submuscular pocket.
