BUTTOCK LIFT

This patient underwent a typical mommy make-over procedure consisting of breast lift and aggressive liposuction of abdomen and back. As a part of her surgery we have placed around 600 ml. of fat grafts in her buttocks for shaping and enlargement.

Patient is shown on the left before body contouring surgery of abdomen, flanks and buttocks. Notice protruding abdomen and flat buttocks on the profile view and square body without waist on the back view.  Postoperative images on the right demonstrate significant improvement in the shape of buttocks, waist and back. Notice improvements of the back folds, creation of waist line, curvature of the hips and full, perky buttocks. This was achieved with combination of liposuction and fat grafting.
