CHIN IMPLANTS AND NOSE TIP SURGERY

This 54-year-old male patient underwent chin augmentation surgery with implants, and tip rhinoplasty with cartilage grafts from his ear to his septum. The decision on the tip revision was due to the asymmetry of his nostrils. The patient wanted his nostrils placed in a more vertical position since they looked a little be collapsed. Then with the chin, he wanted a moderate augmentation and chose implants that had more of a square look that gave a masculine appearance to his chin.
