This 60-year-old patient was concerned about her neck, lower face, and heavy, asymmetric eyelids (upper and lower). After a thorough discussion about different options, the patient decided to have a face/neck lift, and eyelid (both upper and lower) surgery at the same time.

Surgery was done using twilight anesthesia starting with upper and lower blepharoplasty; neck and lower face lift followed.

This patient is shown before and 2 years after face/neck lift, lower and upper blepharoplasty.
