This 65 years old patient came for consultation about facial rejuvenation. After extensive discussion about available options she decided to have face/neck lift with lower blepharoplasty and fat transfer to periorbital areas.

Her surgery was performed in twilight anesthesia in our office surgery center. Fat harvest from abdomen was followed with periorbital fat graft injections and lower blepharoplasty. After that we proceeded with neck and face lift.

Patient is shown before and after lower eyelid surgery, facial fat grafts, face and neck lift.
