FACE LIFT AND NECK LIFT

A 53-year-old cosmetic surgery patient from Miami came to our Fort Lauderdale plastic surgery practice for consultation about facial rejuvenation. Detailed clinical analysis revealed early signs of aging manifested with sun damaged skin, loss of facial volume (loss of facial fat tissue visible around eyes and cheeks) and heavy, turkey gobbler neck. We discussed surgical options including face and neck lift, upper eyelid surgery, volume restoration using fat grafts and chemical peel for skin improvement. Patient elected to have face and neck lift at this time.

Her surgery was done in our accredited plastic surgery facility in Fort Lauderdale. She was discharged home 1 hour after surgery.

Before facial rejuvenation surgery on the left; 1 year after face and neck surgery on the right. Patient would benefit from fat graft augmentation of the cheeks and around the eyes and brows as well as an aggressive chemical peel. Negotiations are in progress.
