FACE LIFT AND NECK LIFT

A 51-year-old Miami plastic surgery patient presented in our Fort Lauderdale cosmetic surgery office requesting a facial rejuvenation. She wanted improvement of sagging, asymmetric brows, face and neck. She did not want to have any eyelid surgery at the time being but she was open to do it later on, if needed.

On preoperative consult in our cosmetic surgery practice in Fort Lauderdale  she presented with typical stigma of aging; asymmetric, sagging eyebrows, droopy upper eyelids, flattened cheeks, jowls and visible neck muscle bands (left). We discussed brow lift, upper and lower eyelid surgery, face and neck lift and fat grafting. Patient selected to have brow lift, face and neck lift and fat grafting done in her first surgery.

Surgery was performed in our office surgery center in general anesthesia supervised by a Board certified Anesthesiologyst. It included endoscopic brow lift, face and neck lift and fat grafting of the cheeks, lips and around the eyes.
