FACE LIFT AND NECK LIFT
This 81-year-old cosmetic surgery patient from Fort Lauderdale came to our plastic surgery office for a consultation about her third (3) face lift. She had first face and neck lift when she was 63; her second face lift was done at age 73. She is very socially active and likes to entertain and for that reason she would like to have another facelift.

After a detailed evaluation of her face and review of her medical history, we discussed face and neck lift, and fat grafting of multiple areas of the face where patient has lost volume (fat) due to aging.

Surgery was done in our plastic surgery center in Fort Lauderdale, AAAASF certified; it included full face and neck lift with SMAS plication and fat grafting of cheeks, temples, brows and around eyes. Her recovery was without complications; she was discharged home 1.5 hours after surgery. She invited her friends to dinner two (2) days after surgery!

Patient is shown before her third face lift with signs of loose skin and loss of facial volume (fat). She is shown one year after third face and neck lift and fat graft augmentation of the face. Notice her natural look, fuller cheeks and absence of face lift signs (wind tunnel effect).
