This 47-year-old male came to our plastic surgery office in South Florida for a consultation about his chin. He thought his chin was too small; he wanted a more masculine looking chin. After a detailed evaluation, we decided to perform chin augmentation with silicone chin implant.

Surgery was done in local anesthesia in our plastic surgery center in Ft. Lauderdale. Using a small 5 cm incision underneath his chin, the pocket was created just over his chin bone and selected implant (to fit desired shape and size) was selected and placed into the pocket. His recovery was without complications. He was back to work in 7 days and back to gym in 2 weeks.
