This patient wanted facial rejuvenation by means of face/neck lift and facial fat grafting. We injected approximately 9-10 ml. of fat and nano-fat grafts per side for augmentation of cheeks and peri-orbital area including lower eyelids and brow. Notice subtle volume and shape change of cheeks and lower eyelid area, fullness and “lift” of eyebrows and diminished dark circles 6 months after fat grafting.
