LABIAL SURGERY CASE #355

This 38 year old Brazilian cosmetic patient came to our plastic surgery office in Fort Lauderdale  for consultation about genital and labial surgery and rejuvenation. her main complain was that her labia majora are small and deflated. She wanted more bulk and perky, youthful look. We discuss two options of labial augmentation; fat grafting, using her own fat and augmantation fith soft tissue  filler, Sculptra. She elected Sculptra labial augmentation.

Surgery was performed with local anesthesia; 20 ml. of soft tissue filler  Sculptra was injected into each labia, total of 40 ml. Resalt was visible immediately after surgery and continued to improve for the next 3-4 months. Patient is shown before labial augmentation and after application of 40 ml. of Sculptra.
