Patient wanted improvement of her lips; her lip corners were turned down, which created sead look. She wanted that corrected with a Smile Surgery. We also performed rhinoplasty (nose surgery) in the same setting. Patient is shown before and 3 months after lip correction surgery which turnes sead looking lips into a smiling lips like those of  Da Vinci’s Monalisa. As one can see, a scar is well hidden along the upper border of the lip, in the corner.
