This patient wanted improvement of full and saggy lower eyelids.

Surgery was done in twilight anesthesia since he also had neck and face lift done in the same surgery. Removal of fat deposits (bags) was done through a small incision inside the lower eyelid; small amount of skin 1.5-2 mm was removed using incision placed bellow eyelashes.

Patient is shown before and 4 months after transconjuctival lower blepharoplasty.
