This patient had very difficult time wearing T shirt or going bear-chested due to moderate/severe gynecomastia. Surgery included liposuction, removal of hard gland underneath the nipple and removal of circle of skin (donut breast lift) to tighten skin envelope. Before and 4 weeks after.
