GYNECOMASTIA 369

A very muscular patient presented in our Fort Lauderdale office requesting correction of enlarged breasts. He lost about 100 lbs 2 years ago and built beautiful muscular body and chest. His concerns were small bulges of both breasts and large areolas.

After detailed clinical exam we proposed gynecomastia reduction with combination of liposuction and direct gland excision (removal). Surgery was done in our plastic surgery center in Ft. Lauderdale in local anesthesia.

Patient is shown before male breast reduction surgery and 12 months after treatment of gynecomastia with liposuction, direct gland excision and reduction of areola size.
