Patient is 65 years old female who came to our Plastic Surgery office in Fort Lauderdale with complains about appearance of her abdomen and breasts. Patient was in excellent health for her age group. After detailed evaluation and discussion about possible options, we decided to perform breast lift, extended abdominoplasty with limited liposuction of abdomen. Surgery was done in general anesthesia in the course of 3.5 hours. There were no complications experienced; patient recovery was very comfortable with excellent pain management and ambulation started several hours after surgery. She had compressive stockings for 8 weeks and was placed on prophylaxes for deep vein thrombosis for 7 days after surgery. Before and 9 months after surgery photos of Breast lift, abdominoplasty and liposuction are presented.
