Nipple repair, inverted nipple

Patient came to our office requesting correction of inverted nipples. Nipples were a problem through her entire adolescent and adult life, although she never breast fed. Corrective surgery was done in local anesthesia; after short milk ducts were severed local tissues harvested from areola in the form of flap was utilized to build the volume of the nipples.  Patient is shown before and 3 years after correction of inverted nipples.
