SCARLESS BREAST AUGMENTATION (TRANSAXILLARY SCAR) 42

35-year-old, athletic woman from Ft. Lauderdale wanted to avoid any visible scars on her breast after breast augmentation. We have employed what is called “scar-less breast augmentation” and placed silicone gel underneath the muscle. Incisions are placed in arm pits, 4-7 cm long depending whether silicone gel implants or saline implants are used. These 4-5 cm. long scars are barely visible 2 years after breast augmentation with saline implants. Armpit scars 2 years after “scar-less breast augmentation”.
