This 53 years old patient had liposuction done in the past but was not satisfied with result, in particular upper abdomen, which looked saggy. She also wanted breast reduction/lift. After careful evaluation, we decided to perform upper abdominoplasty and combine this scar with breast reduction/lift scar. Liposuction of abdomen/flanks and moderate breast reduction/lift was also done. Patient is presented several months after body contouring surgery which included upper abdominoplasty, breast reduction/lift and liposuction of torso. This was done in a single surgery.
